Hope You Had A Good Thanksgiving, and a Cyber Monday Sale

Hope everyone is having a good Thanksgiving.

The cacophony coming from the rest of the world undoubtedly overwhelms anything I’d have to add, so I’ll just wish you guys well and leave it at that.

And maybe add that if you’re looking to curb the collateral damage from Thanksgiving Dinner taking a starch blocker might not be a bad idea.  (Remember they are good for starch — stuffing, gravy, sweet potatoes, etc — and not sugar — pecan pie, ice cream, etc).

PS – It occurred to me (after 3 1/2 years of writing here) that I rarely post photos of myself or people in general.  People like photos of other people so I thought I’d try posting more photos of myself to demonstrate my points.

I suck at photography!

I still don’t like it, but here were my other options:
