Juicing Guide Preview: 30 Day Plan With Grocery Lists and Recipes

This project took longer than I anticipated, but it’s finally nearing the finish line.

The written guide w/ recipes and grocery lists should be up by the end of the weekend, and the rest of the videos within a week after that.

Here’s the preview video for the course:

Key points:

  • This is not something where you only drink juice for 30 days.  You eat food just as you normally would.
  • You have the option of going on a 3 day fast at the end, but it’s optional.
  • This should be ready in about 10 days.

This video course is the first of two or three that I have planned to help promote Health Kismet, its supplements, and perhaps future products.

In general I like the idea of using sequenced videos as a way of gently introducing my products to the right people.  I had to make a few compromises with this product, but am overall pretty happy with it.

With new endeavors the standard I use is that I don’t want to look back on it like a bad haircut.  Despite some misgivings about how this turned out, I think it meets that standard.

The two course I have in mind next are a basic introduction to paleo living, and a cooking course that shows people how to prepare common foods without using the worst ingredients that enable cravings and weight gain.

There’s no timetable for these however,

Questions and comments are always welcome.

  1. Looks good. I like that you don’t have to drink juice all day everyday…that’d turn me off and would make me not want to go through with it.

I’m not sure if I signed up for this a while ago or not, but I think I’ll try it out when you’re finished.

    1. It could be a concern if your juices consist primarily of sugary fruits. If you have a mix of greens and/or ginger and other spices then you will probably be okay.

Of course this also depends on how much you drink. I’d say about 8-12 ounces of anything you juice will probably be fine. If you’re consistently above that you might need to pay attention to sugar content.
